What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Oh man! We’re sorry to hear if something arrived damaged!

We do our best to package the notebooks up super safe for transit, but long journeys can sometimes get a bit rough.

Please email our team ([email protected]) with an image of your damaged item so we can help resolve the situation.

If you included Ship Protection on checkout, we can provide an immediate refund / replacement solution.

In other cases we may need to raise an insurance claim with the courier and work together to fix it for you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Creator’s Friend will provide a replacement or refund for any faulty goods with proof of purchase.

We offer a 14 day warranty on all Creator’s Friend items from date of receipt. The 'warranty term’ of 14 days is the maximum length of time that we would expect major faults to arise within, in order for these faults to be determined as a manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase is essential for all warranty claims.

Outside of the 14 day warranty timeframe, there may be a variety of other factors which could contribute and/or result in the damage of our paper-based products. This is not just limited to potential wear and tear from excessive use, but also factors like proper storage, care or cleaning, heat exposure, or moisture exposure.

You can return an item as faulty if;

    • The item has an unadvertised defect,

    • The item is unsafe,

    • The item is not suitably durable, or

    • The item is unacceptable in appearance or finish.

You are not entitled to refund a faulty item if;

    • The item appears to have been damaged through user fault

    • You have used the item for a long time.
