What do I do if I receive the wrong item or something is missing from my order?Updated 7 months ago

This always sucks. We work hard to avoid this by scanning every single item as it goes into your box to verify the contents. We can't dispatch an order until it verifies we scanned everything you asked for, so missing or incorrect items are rare. 

Inevitably, there is always the odd case where something has gone missing (or perhaps stolen in transit - eek!)  

Please report your order issue to our team via email immediately. 

We will need a photo of the packaging to assess any damage or theft that may have occurred in transit, as well as any photos of the incorrect item received and a list of any missing item(s). 

We will work with you to resolve and issue the correct items to you as soon as possible.
