My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 7 months ago

This is a tricky one. 

First things first, be sure to check around your home and with neighbours/building management who may have collected the package for you. If it's an office address the package is occasionally dropped off to the wrong floor. 

Also, please double-check the shipping address provided on your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed where you think it is. 

If you still can't locate your package we strongly recommend reaching out to the carrier first as they are more likely to be able to have the information you need and intercept any issues before we can. 

If that doesn't work, please email our team and we will begin investigating from our end too. 

Things to keep in mind

All of our international packages are sent via DHL+ Express who require a guarantee signature to leave any package as proof of delivery. If you didn't sign for it, someone will have and we should be able to trace it's journey back to there. 

If this was an Australian order, Australia Post does not require a signature and may choose to leave the package in a safe location if no one is home. Occasionally it may even get incorrectly marked as delivered when they have in fact left it with your closest local post office.
