Can I cancel an order?Updated a month ago
As long as your order has not yet dispatched our team are happy to honour any cancellation requests. The only exception to this is custom items (such as personalised folios) which may have already started the personalisation process.
Please email our team ([email protected]) with your cancellation request as soon as possible for best results.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
If you have already received an order confirmation email, it is likely impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return and refund once your order arrives (in line with our Refund policy).
