How do you collect taxes and duty fees?Updated 5 months ago

Advertised prices include a 10% Australian Goods and Services tax. This fee will automatically be deducted from international orders during checkout.

As of Tuesday 20 August, 2024 we also collect and remit all import taxes and customs duties on behalf of our international customers. These fees are calculated and listed for you on checkout.

If you placed an order prior to this date you will not have been charged these fees, and may be asked for low-value import tariffs by your own country's customs office.  

We accept no liability for further import fees incurred on arrival. Please ensure you are up to date with your own country’s import laws.
