Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original condition.

Reach out to our customer support team via email to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. On change of mind returns, you are required to pay for your own return shipping.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund for all returned items will be processed to the original payment method.

Customised items such as personalised notebook folios cannot be returned.
