Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from your original order receipt or the return will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; unused and undamaged.
If the item(s) has been purchased on sale or clearance it cannot be returned due to the limited nature of these items.
- Due to their custom nature, all personalised items cannot be returned of refunded.
We will cover the cost of return delivery for faulty or incorrectly supplied items only. The cost of return for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Creator’s Friend is not liable for returns that are lost by the shipping company during the process of return.
Your return will be processed in accordance with the returns policy above. Any applicable replacement or refund will be processed after Creator’s Friend has received the original item and checked its condition.
Where a replacement is the outcome, we will send you a courtesy email with shipping details or expected delivery date for your replacement within 7 business days.
Where a refund or store credit is the outcome of your return, we will email you confirmation of the value. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for any refunds to be processed by your banking institution.
